Application & Forms
Use the Graduate Application to apply to any of Metropolitan State University’s master’s or graduate certificate programs. The following application materials are also required for all applications:
- $20 application fee
(waived for graduates of Metropolitan State University)
- Official transcripts from each college or university attended
(including Metropolitan State University)
- All transcripts from non-U.S. schools must be evaluated by ECE (preferred) or WES. The equivalent of a baccalaureate degree is required for all graduate programs.
Application to the Doctor of Nursing Practice program should be made to the Consortium using the Consortium DNP Application.
In addition to other application materials, please complete the optional Request for Private and Confidential Information Form and submit it to the Graduate Studies Office. Other supplementary materials required by the each graduate program can be found on their respective pages.
