Program Mission: The Pathways Program educates students about career options in the insurance and financial services industry and provides professional development opportunities to students and alumni with an emphasis on under-served groups, including adults, communities of color, and first generation college students. The Pathways Program is committed to upholding the university’s vision, mission, and five core values of excellence, diversity and inclusion, engagement, an open and respectful climate, and integrity.
