Upward Bound
Upward Bound is one of the TRiO federally-funded programs through the U.S. Department of Education. Upward Bound works with students attending or planning to attend Washington Technology Magnet in St. Paul. Metropolitan State University's program serves approximately 50 high school students from grades 9-12 including a college bridge program.
