A student ID card is an essential tool for checking out resources from our library, using the Interlibrary Loan service, and checking out books from other MnSCU libraries. We strongly encourage you to get your photo ID as soon as possible. It only takes 3-5 minutes and once your card has been issued, your library privileges are automatically enabled for each semester you register.
Getting an ID in St. Paul
The student ID card can be obtained at the Circulation Desk on the second floor of the St. Paul Campus Library and Learning Center during most hours that the library is open, including evenings and weekends.
