The Strategic Enrollment and Marketing Division encompasses the work of Admissions, Financial Aid, Gateway Student Services, and Marketing and Communications.
The Admissions Department helps students begin their Metro State journey, no matter where they are in their life. Whether transferring credits from another college or university or starting as a first-year student, Admissions staff walk students through the admissions process. The Financial Aid Department assists students in navigating the financial aid process, ensuring that access to educational opportunity isn't limited by monetary concerns. Gateway Student Services is the student's first stop for questions and services. With dedicated staff available at convenient times, Gateway can assist with questions about, financial aid, financial aid disbursement and BankMobile Disbursements, registration for new student orientation, troubleshooting eServices and online registration, transit passes, paying university bills, ordering transcripts, accessing student records, and much more.
The Marketing and Communications Department works collaboratively with the admissions and recruitment departments to attract and engage prospective students, current students, employees, donors, employers, neighbors, and community partners to strengthen, maintain and grow enrollment, as well as to tell Metro State's stories to all of our communities.
