Major job duties
- Responsible for greeting clients at reception desk on campus and over Zoom, database entry, copy machine use, filing, and communicating with Center clients to ensure quality service.
- Provide phone, Zoom, and email based support to students who need to register for and/or schedule tutoring appointments.
- Communicate effectively with students, tutors, and administrative staff. Both online and in person work.
Qualifications and experience
- Understanding and working knowledge of the Center's software packages (Zoom, D2L, Word, Excel).
- Have the ability to follow and enforce standards and regulations.
- Must possess organizational and critical thinking skills.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must demonstrate effective listening and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems is preferred.
