Major job duties
Student employees may be assigned the following duties:
-Assist in computer labs and employee technical support at Minneapolis and/or Brooklyn Park Campuses
-Assist customers by phone, email or on a walk-in basis
-Assist in delivery, setup, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training on computer and classroom technology
-Assist with endpoint support
-Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications and experience
-Punctuality and dependability
-Strong customer service experience
-Can work independently with little supervision
-Computer use, support and troubleshooting skills
-Strong verbal and written communication
-Must be able to lift and/or move heavy equipment up to 50 pounds
-Attention to detail, time management and strong organizing skills
-Must be able to work at Minneapolis and/or Brooklyn Park Campuses
