Major job duties
Student employees may be assigned the following duties:
- Provide technical support at our campus locations at Brooklyn Park, Minneapolis, Midway and/or St Paul Campuses
- Assist customers by phone, email or on a walk-in basis
- Assist in delivery, setup, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training on computer and classroom technology
- Assist with endpoint support with technology projects (Window 11 upgrade, computer replacement, classroom and lab semester preparation)
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications and experience
- Punctuality and dependability
- Strong customer service experience
- Can work independently with little supervision
- Computer use, support and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Must be able to lift and/or move heavy equipment up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail, time management and strong organizing skills
- Must be able to work at Minneapolis and/or Brooklyn Park Campuses
