Introduction to Enterprise Resource Planning systems, the ERP life cycle, the pros and cons of ERP systems, and highlights of ERP's role in an e-commerce system. This course also highlights ERP risk - the factors that go into success or failure for ERP implementations.

- Assess how ERP systems can enhance the integration of online sales channels with back-end business processes.
- Evaluate factors contributing to the success or failure of ERP projects and develop strategies for mitigating risks.
- Apply knowledge of ERP systems to analyze real-world case studies and identify best practices for successful ERP implementation.
