Join the College of Management for an engaging discussion of Carl Gustav Jung's Psychological Types, among the more consolidated theories and approaches about personality traits that has been applied to successful programs at many organizations in the world.

Individual differences due to Psychological Types are helpful in building and managing teams, on applying specific talents, on understanding motivation at work, on improving interpersonal communication and on career.

In personal and family issues, Psychological Types theory helps to explain and accept different points of view, to understand idiosyncratic aspects in our day-to-day activities, to know about different interests regarding preferred disciplines and to help couples to better comprehend each other.

In our meeting, we will talk about Psychological Types uses at work, family and personal life.
