Join us for an interesting discussion of student perceptions of teaching practice. This presentation is the result of a detailed research project on how Metro State faculty can best support the diverse student body of the institution. After implementing several culturally responsive teaching practices, particularly diverse teaching, cultural engagement, and relationship building, the researchers surveyed students' perception of the efforts. The presentation will include an overview of the the research done, a description of the implementation process, and the data analysis.
