Join the College of Management for a discussion of the practice of Reverse Mentoring. In recent times, Reverse Mentoring is a thriving practice in many organizations as they are reaping the benefits of reverse knowledge flow from their younger members. However, due to the sensitive nature of this practice which defies age norms, many organizational pundits find themselves in a dilemma on how to get this right! If you want to learn more about some of the fatal flaws that implementers ignore during its implementation, join Dr. Chaudhuri as she walks us through a step-by-step approach to implementing reverse mentoring. Drawing from her extensive experience, spanning more than a decade of research, teaching, and consulting on this topic, Dr. Chaudhuri’s work has been featured in prominent media outlets such as The Washington Post, Forbes, Star Tribune, HR Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and Canadian Broadcasting among others.
