The Partners in Prevention (PIP) Clinic starts its 2025 hours on Thursday, February 13, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Hallie Q. Brown Community Center, 270 North Kent Street, Saint Paul. The clinic takes place every Thursday at that time from February 13 to April 24, with the exception of March 6. This free community clinic provides:
- Advanced cardiac screening
- Blood pressure checks
- Clinical hand massage
- Community resources
- Dental screening
- Health coaching
- Pre-diabetes screening
- Incentives

PIP is a partnership between Metro State University, the State of Minnesota's 2025 Plan, Hue-Man Partnership, Minnesota Oral Health Coalition, Minnesota Black Nurses Association, Carmen Robles and Associates, Culturally Responsive Caregiver Support and Dementia Services, Ucare, Arkay, Ramsey County Public Health, and Birth Equity Community Council.
