People of Color Career Fair

Metro State University is proud to participate in the 15th People of Color Career Fair, a valuable opportunity to expand your professional network, explore new career paths, and connect with employers—all at no cost to you.

Meet with 50+ top employers here in Minnesota that are all dedicated to building a diverse workforce. Also, expand your network with more than 1,000 talented Professionals of Color. Metro State will also have a special meet-up spot at the fair (be sure to stop by and say hello!).

What to bring: At least 5 copies of your resume, your best elevator pitch to introduce yourself to employers, and a winning mindset!

What to wear: Come interview ready and remember to dress for the paycheck you want to receive (some employers will be conducting onsite interviews). And, above all, be your authentic self.

If you have 4–5 years of experience in your industry, you can also submit a 1-minute elevator pitch (after you register) to be considered for the invite-only Networking Breakfast featuring CEOs and senior executives from top Minnesota employers.
