Spring is in the air and the East Side Seed Library is gearing up for growing season! Join Metro State Library and Saint Paul Public Library on Saturday, April 26, from 1 to 3 p.m. for a Seed Library Open House. Enjoy first pick of the latest free seed offerings as well as a chance to meet fellow gardening enthusiasts. No green thumb? Not a problem! Urban Roots, MnSEED, and the MN Pollution Control Agency will be on hand to share their expertise. Dayton’s Bluff FunLab! will be marking the occasion with a seed art activity for tweens starting at 2:30 p.m. Find out more on the Library and Information Services event webpage.

Want to help us prepare for the Open House? Come to the Community Seed Circle on Monday, April 21. Learn more about the seed library, help sort seeds, or bring your own seed donations to share with neighbors!
