College of Management Lunch and Learn:

Social Change Leadership

    • Wednesday, April 27, 2022
      Noon – 1:30 pm
  • Online event

Social change leadership provides a purposeful, collaborative and values-based process that results in positive social change. On its own or in combination with other leadership processes, leaders can have a lasting impact that improves conditions for communities and organizations. A leader does not need to be in a formal leadership position or have a leadership title to lead and influence; it is anyone who wants to work with others to make a difference. This presentation will explore social change leadership in action and what factors contribute to leading others through change.
