Metropolitan State on Sept. 22 welcomed Gerardo Guerrero, Mexico’s cónsul to the United States in Saint Paul. He was received by Metropolitan State President Ginny Arthur and university staff and faculty, as well a several students who were scholarship recipients of the Mexican Consulate’s Institute of Mexicans Abroad [IME] Fellowship Program. His welcome reception concluded with a tour of the campus.
