Every four years AQIP institutions update their Systems Portfolio with broad faculty and staff involvement. The Systems Portfolio answers specific questions for each of the six AQIP Categories and provides evidence that the institution continues to meet The Higher Learning Commission's five Criteria for Accreditation.
