NURS 466 Leadership for Professional Nursing Practice
This course engages the student with principles of system level nursing practice which supports quality care and promotes health equity for individuals and populations from diverse backgrounds. Students will engage in self reflection and analysis to promote leadership skill identification and development necessary for professional identity and professional nursing practice. This course is part of a competency-based nursing curriculum leading to the baccalaureate of science degree in nursing.
